Bird Bingo

Look up, stay grounded! Abbotsford has some of the best trails to go birdwatching. Earlier this year, Tourism Abbotsford released Bird Bingo which is easy to use for birding enthusiasts or those who are looking to get started!

Abbotsford is home to 3 golf courses that vary in difficulty from experienced to beginner. Each offers unique, year-round experiences and different course landscapes so you’re sure to find what you’re looking for!

Hike to Chadsey Lake

Abbotsford has some of the most picturesque views hidden within the mountains, including the beautiful Chadsey Lake on Sumas Mountain Regional Park! This hike can be slightly challenging with its narrow, bushy, and muddy trail, so make sure you’ve dressed appropriately before trekking out into the mountains.

Jam in Jubilee

Jam in Jubilee is the perfect mix of music and arts, and it’s back this Summer! It’s a FREE live event that happens every Thursday from 7 PM to 10 PM at Jubilee Park, with live music, local artists, and food & drinks. Chill out with your friends and family while enjoying the great vibes of Abbotsford!

Sun & Soil Concert Series

On July 22nd, join us at Cannon Estate Winery to watch Ryan McAllister perform while snacking on a charcuterie box from Lepp’s Daily Market and a bottle of wine from Cannon Estate Winery. And on August 19th, we’re going to be rocking out with the Tanner Olsen Band at Lakeland Flowers, while enjoying food and beverage from Raven’s Brewing Company.

For all you flower lovers out there, we have just the place for you! If you’re looking for the perfect photo background for your Instagram photos, check out Lakeland Flowers Summer Flower Festival! Yoga in the Park

Yoga in the Park is back! Every Wednesday from 6 PM to 7 PM until September 6th, join Downtown Abbotsford for a FREE yoga session at Jubilee Park. Whether you’re riding solo or bringing a friend, all you need to bring is your yoga mat and water, and you can work on your mountain pose in the sunshine.

VYPER Pow Wow

The Visionary Youth Peers for Equity and Revitalization (VYPER) hosts a Pow Wow at the Mamele’awt Indigenous Education Centre every Thursday. No matter what your background is, this Pow Wow is open to everyone in the community where you can celebrate culture, music, dance, and community!
