Tourism Abbotsford is a Destination Marketing Organization that delivers tourism marketing and management on behalf of over 300 marketing partners. Tourism Abbotsford also leads the delivery of Visitor services in our community. We strive to inspire visitors to experience our Handmade & Homegrown community through our commitment to best practices and ensuring our stakeholders and partners have the tools and resources to be successful in providing a high quality visitor experience.

Annual REPORT (2025)
Tourism Abbotsford’s 2025 Annual Report highlights stable funding, strong marketing and events, and continued growth in the local tourism economy. Key efforts focused on promoting Abbotsford as a year‑round destination, expanding visitor experiences, supporting local businesses, and advancing long‑term destination development and partnerships.

PARTNER SURVEY (2025)
The Tourism Abbotsford Partner Survey was conducted to evaluate partner awareness, satisfaction, and engagement, while supporting future tourism planning. Distributed to 220 partners, the survey received 53 responses (24% response rate).
Results show strong partner confidence in Tourism Abbotsford, with 96% of respondents understanding its role, 94% recognizing staff as knowledgeable and respectful, and 92% agreeing the organization provides effective leadership. Overall, 81% of partners reported being satisfied or very satisfied.
