An aviation festival for all ages, the 3-day Abbotsford Airshow takes place the second full weekend of August every year at the Abbotsford International Airport (YXX).
Berryfest
Swing by Essendene and Montrose in Historic Downtown Abbotsford for berry everything! Berry marketplace, berry-go-round and ferris wheel rides, berry treats and eats, berry baking and cooking demos, berry bake off, berry gardening demos with local gardening guru, Brian Minter and more! And you won't want to miss the entertainers, food trucks, craft beer and wine garden, and tons children's activities!
Canada Day
The community celebration begins with a two hour parade down our main street. Crowds of waving maple leafs line the streets to join in on the energy and excitement. After the parade, families are invited to Abbotsford Exhibition Park for a free family festival, where they can engage with local groups who are leading activities all afternoon. The fairgrounds are buzzing with mainstage entertainment and interactive play zones where the entire family can play! The skies over Abbotsford light up with a spectacular fireworks finale!
